France's Android Market Unicorn Games Roundup: Q1 2021

As the first quarter of 2021 has drawn to a close, we've taken a look at the performance of the top 5 Unicorn Games on the Android platform in France. The data, courtesy of Sensor Tower, gives us an insight into how these fantasy-themed games have fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Starting with Kpopsies - Hatch Baby Unicorns, published by TutoTOONS, we saw a high in downloads peaking at 16K in late January, followed by a gradual decrease to 4K by the end of March. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, starting at around 25K and dipping to just under 18K in the same period.

On the other hand, My Baby Unicorn - Pony Care, also from TutoTOONS, showed a more varied download pattern with numbers fluctuating between 4K and 11K. Notably, there was a sharp increase in weekly active users from 15K to over 23K in early March, before settling back to 18K by the quarter's end.

SOCEM's Unicorn Dash: Fun Runner 2 witnessed a revenue trend that spiked in late February to $88, and weekly active users saw a similar peak at 5.8K. Downloads for the game saw a substantial increase in mid-February, hitting 7K, but later decreased to 2.3K by March end.

Budge Studios' My Little Pony: Harmony Quest showed consistent revenue throughout the quarter, with a high of $224 in early March. Downloads remained stable, averaging around 1K per week, and weekly active users reached a peak of 1.8K in late February.

Lastly, Pony Princess Academy from Coco Play By TabTale experienced low download numbers, with a peak of 698 in late January and a decline to 171 by the end of March. The game's weekly active users started at 2.5K and saw a decrease to 2K over the quarter.
